Maintaining a healthy weight can sometimes be difficult, especially if you're doing it alone. With our East Kent Weight Mangagement Scheme, you can get the support and guidance you need to help you achieve your desired weight.            


What is the scheme and how does it work?           

  • The Weight Management Scheme is designed to initiate long term lifestyle changes to help you achieve and maintain a healthy weight.
  • The scheme is free of charge and encourages you to eat healthily and increase your physical activity levels.
  • You will be offered a series of personalised one-to-one appointments over six months with a weight management adviser with an option to extend at nine and twelve months.
  • You will also attend a one-to-one appointment with a Dietitian

I am interested in the scheme, what do I do now?

  • To see if you are eligible to join the scheme (inclusion/exclusion criteria applies):
  • You must be over 18
  • Self refer by calling 0800 849 4000 – option 2
