Maintaining a healthy weight can sometimes be difficult, especially if you're doing it alone. With our East Kent Weight Mangagement Scheme, you can get the support and guidance you need to help you achieve your desired weight.

What is the scheme and how does it work?

  • The Weight Management Scheme is designed to initiate long term lifestyle changes to help you achieve and maintain a healthy weight.

  • The scheme is free of charge and encourages you to eat healthily and increase your physical activity levels. You will be offered a series of personalised 1 to 1 appointments over 6 months with a weight management adviser in a local pharmacy. You will also attend an appointment with a dietitian, with the option of a further group dietitian session.
